This is another healthy breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices pineapple
- 10-15 grapes
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flax seeds/powder
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk

Procedure:
Blend the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until the consistency is smooth. Add honey or brown sugar as a sweetener if required. Serve by adding ice cubes if you like it cold.
