Pineapple-Grape-Banana Smoothie

This is another healthy breakfast smoothie. Ingredients: 2 slices pineapple 10-15 grapes 1 banana 1 tbsp flax seeds/powder 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 cup almond milk Procedure: Blend the above ingredients in a blender.
