This is a wonderful, colourful and nutritious smoothie to have. Very simple to make. Ingredients: Half beetroot chopped into pieces 2 banana 1 mango 3 slices of pineapple Coconut Water Procedure: Blend the above ingredients in the blender until the consistency is smooth. Serve cold with ice cubes if you like.
