Peanut Butter Strawberry Smoothie

This is a healthy and easy breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 9-10 strawberries
  • 1 or 2 table spoons of Peanut butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp dates syrup

Procedure:

Blend the above ingredients in a blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Serve by adding ice cubes if you like it cold.
