This is an easy blueberry smoothie for breakfast.
Procedure:
- 20-30 blueberries
- 1 large banana
- 1-2 Apple
- 200 ml Almond milk
- 1 tbsp Dates syrup as a sweetener(optional)

Procedure:
Blend the above ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached. Add water to adjust the consistency if required.
Serve by adding ice cubes if you like it cold.
