Salmon rice

This is an easy nutritious porridge/rice for kids

Ingredients:

  • Salmon(50-100)g or add less or more according to your liking
  • 6 large florets Broccoli
  • 6 large florets Cauliflower
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • Chia seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves – 5 large

Procedure:

  1. Wash broccoli, cauliflower and garlic.
  2. Cut salmon into small pieces
  3. Wash the rice
  4. Add all ingredients into pressure cooker or rice cooker and use 2.5 cups water
  5. Cook until 1 whistle for pressure cooker.
  6. Wait until the pressure leaves and mash it up.

7. If the consistency is too thick after cooking, milk can be added to bring it to liquid consistency.
