This is an easy nutritious porridge/rice for kids
Ingredients:
- Salmon(50-100)g or add less or more according to your liking
- 6 large florets Broccoli
- 6 large florets Cauliflower
- Salt as per taste
- 3/4 cup rice
- Chia seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1/3 tbsp
- Garlic cloves – 5 large


Procedure:
- Wash broccoli, cauliflower and garlic.
- Cut salmon into small pieces
- Wash the rice
- Add all ingredients into pressure cooker or rice cooker and use 2.5 cups water
- Cook until 1 whistle for pressure cooker.
- Wait until the pressure leaves and mash it up.

7. If the consistency is too thick after cooking, milk can be added to bring it to liquid consistency.
