Carrot Apple Smoothie

This is a healthy smoothie to have for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 200 ml water

Procedure:

Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached.

Adjust the quantity of water according to your taste.
