Grape Mango Smoothie

This is an amazing smoothie using very simple ingredients.

Procedure:

  • 1 mango
  • 10-15 Grapes
  • 1/2 spoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 spoon flax seeds/ powder
  • 200 ml soy milk

Procedure:

Blend the above ingredients. Add water if required and bring it to the desired consistency. Brown sugar or honey can be added if you like it sweet.

Serve by adding few ice cubes.
